Winner sports & leisure centre is a <\/span>unique multifunctional centre<\/strong> in the Liptov region. It involves <\/span>fitness zone, group excercises, wellness centre,<\/strong> <\/span>physiotherapy,<\/strong> and last but not least, <\/span>Skatemill<\/strong> which makes Winner so unique and attractive especially for hockey players, and of course for the general public, too.<\/p>\n\n\n

To enjoy a perfect relaxation, visit the wellness zone equipped with a jacuzzi tub, infa sauna, steam bath, Finnish sauna, Finnish bucket, Kneipp\u00b4s bath, tepidarium and massages. In addition to relaxation, the wellness in the Winner Center possesses with the possibility of a small refreshment.<\/p>\n <\/div>\r\n\t<\/div>\r\n

In Fitness and Cardio zone are available 2 kinds of high quality machines designed by\u00a0<\/span>Nautilus\u00a0<\/strong>and\u00a0<\/span>StarTrac<\/strong>. All of them are dedicated for training and strengthening of all muscle groups. From biomechanical view all of them are suitable for any clients and are great help for an easy and effective training.<\/p>\n

One of the most favorites is our<\/span>\u00a0Functional zone.\u00a0<\/strong>Functional exercises help to perform all movements better in our daily life, so we get our body ready (functional) for everyday needs. It\u2019s an \u201eintelligent\u201c kind of training which was developed as a reaction to the movement stereotypes of today\u2019s people. Mostly it\u2019s focused on power ability development together with improvement of coordination, stability and mobility. Functional training should be basic training for people working in offices, people sitting most of a day as well as people with manual job using mostly the same movement stereotype.\u00a0 Functional exercising is compensation of one-sided body density and very often can solve sacrum, neck, arms and knee pain. It\u2019s suitable also for athletes as form of strength training for maximizing their sport\u2019s performance and it\u2019s an absolute duty for prevention of injuries caused by unilateral specific sport overload.\u00a0 At last, anyone doing strength training only should add functional exercising to his training program. Our fitness facility dispose of construction \u201estreet workout\u201c training (Monkey bars) and carpet with synthetic grass for sleigh pulling.<\/p>\n

There also is a relaxing\u00a0<\/span>Stretching zone<\/strong>\u00a0with a soft floor which is ideal for this training phase. It\u2019s situated on an elevated stage, separated in order to meet its relaxation purpose.<\/p>\n

Finally there is also an A<\/span>erobic zone<\/strong>, equipped with high quality sound system and air recuperation. \u00a0This room is being used mostly for our various group exercises.<\/p>\n

Skatemill is unique element of WINNER Sports & Leisure center. It is a practice utility machine for\u00a0ice hockey<\/a>\u00a0professional players improving their\u00a0skating<\/a>\u00a0techniques. It also helps beginners or hobby players to learn and absorb right skating technique. You can build correct motional habits, improve technique and training effectivity, get rid of bad habits and learn how to avoid injuries.<\/p>\n
