Koliba Fatranka restaurant is a part of the U dobr\u00e9ho pastiera resort located in the \u010cutkovsk\u00e1 valley. Decorated in a simple style, Fatranka offers a pleasant atmosphere in which to enjoy the taste of homemade and craft beers brewed at the URSUS brewery, the first brewery in Ru\u017eomberok. The restaurant also serves a selection of delicious snacks to accompany the exceptional beer brewed from the water from the \u010cutkovsk\u00e1 valley. They include cheese and meat specialities and different kinds of podplamenn\u00edks (potato cakes), all freshly baked in the restaurant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

URSUS, <\/span>the 1st Ru\u017eomberok brewery<\/strong> is located in the picturesque surroundings of the \u010cutkovsk\u00e1 valley, in the center of the lower Liptov, Ru\u017eomberok district. It was founded on the foundations of the successfully developing area “U dobr\u00e9ho pastiera<\/a>“, which for many years has been bringing culinary or tourist experiences to domestic visitors as well as guests from afar in the style of the traditional Liptov village. The URSUS brewery complements the offer of the complex’s services with real craft beer brewed with a heart.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Precisely tuned wooden buildings in the <\/span>\u010cutkovsk\u00e1 valley<\/strong> and the conceptually selected purpose of their use create a pleasant environment for relaxation in the spirit of an old traditional wooden village. The wooden house, chapel and humno are complemented by a well, a covered fireplace or a spring of water with a wooden roof, and sheep graze in the meadow opposite.<\/p>\n\n\n

The Ursus brewery offers a glimpse into its bowels. <\/span>A guided tour will reveal<\/strong> the process of making this golden juice. Part of the tour is a tasting of currently brewed beers.<\/p>\n
