The spring has been used since 1500. The source was forgotten over time until when it began to build on the river Vah new hydroelectric power plant. Spring was found again in 2012 and opened to the public. Today is the site of frequent stops for tourists and cyclists leading to Janska valley. Source consists of tasteful wooden shelter with benches.
