Salas was based on farming 1,000 sheep in 1983 and we have retained its original character and time-proven tradition of Cattle.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">You too can be part of this unique atmosphere of old shepherds and herdsmen, because you can see close up sheep farming, including grazing, milking and processing of sheep&#8217;s milk using traditional hand methods. We do not use any preservatives , which is nowadays very rare.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">When sitting in the idyllic alpine hut you can taste all the products and buy them.
