<\/span>Tourist Information Centre of Ru\u017eomberok<\/strong> (IC) was established as a branch of the Cultural Information Centre whose main mission was to care about the cultural life in the town. The IC has resided in several locations. You can now find it in a multifunctional building of the Culture House of Andrej Hlinka, A. Bernol\u00e1k 1 street located in the town centre. The IC works under the Culture House of Andrej Hlinka, Inc. organization, which is a successor of the Cultural Information Centre and brings together several public-service and cultural associations.     <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The activities provided by the information centre have evolved over the years of its existence and the centre now has a wide variety of free and paid services on offer. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The main activities of the IC is to disseminate information about the town of Ru\u017eomberok, promote the town and care about its cultural and sports life. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The IC is involved in the creation of promotional materials and publications. It also cooperates with the Regional Organization of Tourism Region Liptov in promoting the town. In addition, the IC is actively engaged in the efforts to make the town’s synagogue accessible to public and is also in charged of the Dom UNESCO visitor centre in Vlkol\u00ednec. Other activities the IC is responsible for include adding the content to the town’s website, information collection, the creation of information databases and putting together a calendar of events.   <\/p>\n\n\n

<\/span>The Ru\u017eomberok Tourist Passport means that the visitors to Ru\u017eomberok and its surrounding can now explore the region by collecting \u201cstamps\u201d. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Ru\u017eomberok Tourist Passport is a great way for both the visitors to Ru\u017eomberok as well as its residents to explore the beautiful nature, rich history and tourist attractions of Doln\u00fd Liptov.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

In order to have their passports stamped, passport holders are asked to visit selected attractions<\/a> where they complete a given task (usually take a picture) and prove its completion at the Tourist Information Centre in Ru\u017eomberok. There is a small gift for everyone who completes a certain number of tasks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Most of the selected attractions are suitable for kids, so collecting stamps in the passport is a perfect activity for families with children. Stamps from the attractions that are not that easily accessible can be collected later. New attractions are added to the list of the selected attractions every year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/span>HOW TO GET THE TOURIST PASSPORT<\/strong>
The tourist passports can be purchased at the Ru\u017eomberok Tourist Information Centre<\/strong> (ul. A. Bernol\u00e1ka 1, +421 44 432 10 96) <\/span>all year round for a symbolic 1 \u20ac.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/span>HOW TO COLLECT STAMPS<\/strong>
You visit selected tourist sites and attractions and complete a given task. To get a stamp, you need to come to the Ru\u017eomberok Tourist Information Centre and prove you have completed the task. There is a small gift waiting for everyone who collects a given number of stamps. Diligent collectors can look forward to a number of small gifts as there are new gifts added every year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
