Liptovsk\u00fd J\u00e1n \u2013 a village of thermal springs and squire mansions. Get a glimpse into the history of the village on period postcards from the 20s and 30s or get to know important personalities from the village and their field of activity. In addition, the exposition also highlights important events of the village, but also the long-term activity of the post office, sports and school in the village.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Liptovsk\u00fd J\u00e1n in Time exposition is <\/span>a <\/strong><\/span>new permanent exhibition<\/strong>, which is located <\/span>in the premises of the Cultural House<\/strong><\/span> in Liptovsk\u00fd J\u00e1n<\/strong>. It is opened all year round according to the opening hours of the information and cultural centre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The exposition is divided into three parts. The first part is dedicated to <\/span>the history of the village Liptovsk\u00fd J\u00e1n.<\/strong> The main part consists of <\/span>the Event Calendar<\/strong> from the first written mention to the present, history of the post office together with period postcards, history of sports in the village as well as primary school. The second part focuses on the <\/span>important personalities from the village<\/strong> named \u010cajakovci, the director Vlado Balc, Professor Stanislav and others. The third part is called <\/span>Liptovsk\u00fd J\u00e1n through the eyes of the artists<\/strong> \u2013 paintings of the village by various artists who visited or came from the village and were enchanted by its beauties. They decided to immortalize them in their works.<\/p>\n\n\n\n <\/span>Historical postcards, which relate to Liptovsk\u00fd J\u00e1n and the valley J\u00e1nsk\u00e1 dolina,<\/strong> are also interesting.
