The latest singletrail in Liptov region, directly above the town of Liptovsk\u00fd Mikul\u00e1\u0161 in the H\u00e1j-Nicov\u00f4 forest park area named High flow, is about 800 meters long with an elevation difference of 100 meters, and will delight nearly all mountain biking enthusiasts. It is designed to be manageable for less experienced riders while also offering enjoyment for trail connoisseurs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The start of the flow trail is located at the end of a meadow next to a military monument and is clearly marked with a wooden gate and directional signs. The ascent route for cyclists is along the official asphalt road to H\u00e1j-Nicov\u00f4, or alternatively, cyclists can push their bikes up the hiking trail on the side of the flowtrail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The co-author of this fun and technically high-quality track is Adam Roj\u010dek, an ambassador of downhill cycling in Liptov, a 6-time Slovak champion in downhill and enduro disciplines and also the winner of the European Cup in downhill in 2023. It is also a community project involving many volunteers and enthusiastic riders, who have contributed significantly to the construction and final form of the trail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
