Brankovský waterfall is located on the western edge of the Low Tatras at the mouth of the valley to the Revuca. Waterfall with its height of 55 m is the highest waterfall in the Low Tatras. It also ranks in the top five highest waterfalls in Slovakia. The amount of water that flows through the waterfall is dependent on precipitation and thus the season. Brankovský waterfall and its surroundings since 1980 national natural monument. It belongs to the Low Tatras National Park. The waterfall is despite its importance little known to visitors of Liptov.
In the winter months is converted Brankovský waterfall ice walls covered with many icicles and other ice formations.
