Cottage like restaurant Bystrina is part of the Poľovník hotel complex. In this restaurant and hut, we offer you sitting not only in the stylish atmosphere of a Slovak hut but also sitting in a pleasant environment of a modern restaurant.
During the summer season, there is a summer terrace and for your little ones, there is a playground in the area. We will be happy to prepare roast pork knee and ribs or steaks on an open fire. Or bryndza (sort of cheese) dumplings from our Slovak cuisine will appeal to you. Whether you prefer poultry, fish and other specialities, we will be happy to prepare all this for you.
In the months of September – December, we offer goose feasts every year. In the menu, you will find goose soup, roast goose, goose liver, homemade pancakes and other treats. If interested, we can provide gipsy or folk music.
The helpful staff will take care of your comfort, who will be happy to make family celebrations, meetings with friends, various corporate events, or wedding reception.
